I appreciate Paul's insight and am always interested in what someone like him has to say, I confess i find people who give public-speeches that are basically "reading from something they wrote" incredibly tedious and difficult to listen to.
It usually works better when they slow down, and actually elucidate what they wrote by breaking it up and giving examples/anecdotes, rather than plowing through their content verbatim.

Completely agree. Jeff Deist's speech on this subject "PC is Control, not Etiquette" is much easier to listen to, for the reasons you stated.

I looked up Helio Beltrao and for a while i thought a dead former Brazilian minister and petrobras exec had sponsored the Rothbard lecture.

Anybody watching this considered moving to beautiful Acapulco Mexico to join the free market anarchist there? or is it just me?

+BRWaldo97 Yeah figures. I was going to move to New Hampshire many many years ago, but I really haven't seen much progress up there over the past 8 years. Are you guys mainly located in Keen? How big as it gotten? And I mean actively how big is it in reality (from what you have seen, not the official # on the websight).
Still, as for me I can't stand the police in America, or the government, or the nationalism/statism worshiping ignorant people (of course I'm from Louisiana). Plus I enjoy being an expat, so my moving to Acapulco is pretty set in stone.

Was he being sarcastic about Kasich? Kasich is a total war monger.

I think so. He quite clearly is contemptuous of Kasich's ideas. And I agree with him.

As for the claims that Paul Gottfried is making that the mainstream conservative movement is in favour of abortion and P.C. - he is not telling the truth.

It is to an extent right. The right will compromise about anything and this over time left-wing inventions stack up as there have been no socio-political counterbalance
