Yes, you can adjust both the pre-flow and post-flow settings on a Lincoln Squarewave TIG 200 welder

I can't find anything in the user manual re. adjustability. It seems that pre-flow and post-flow particularly are set according to amperage, non-adjustable. However, doesn't seem to be a deal-breaker.
