Videos on some “Common issues” you might encounter owning a Ford Territory 2004-2011, and I’m kicking off with a current issue I have on mine that has a cracked exhaust resonator.
Part 1: is showing you the issue and Part:2 will be getting it fixed and seeing the results.

Great video mate, looking at purchasing a 2008 ford territory. Just wondering if you have had another major issues with yours apart from the exhaust?
    Thanks

Thanks mate. I've been working on follow up video which I will post once I'm done. As for other issues with my Territory is 1) the bushes. They are the pains of owning a Territory. But once they are done, the car is perfect again. Just check if the seller has done the bushes front and back and especially the rear diff bushes which is a lot of labour. 2) Check the smoothness of the gearbox, especially reversing. If there is a delay in going into reverse there maybe future issues. My mechanic prefers the 4 speed over the 6 speed. But everyone has their opinion on that. 3) Check for leaks around the rocker cover gasket on the Barra. Not a expensive thing to do, but if it's done then great. 3) Also check the interior roof lining is sagging, which is a common thing on Falcons and Territorys. Apart from the normal maintenance our Territory is going good. Oh fuel economy is not the best. But we bought our 2008 GHIA RWD with 180,000kms about 3 years ago very cheap, so having 13 litres per 100kms around town took some adjustment in my mind coming from a troublesome VW Golf with only 6 litres per 100kms. But buying my Territory relatively cheap offsets that in my eyes. I love the space and storage in the Territory, it's perfect for family with 3 kids. It's also got good power for a heavy car. We took it on a 3000kms return drive on a holiday without any issues recently. All the best with mate.
