Hey JMC .. I've not been on your channel for a while.. wishing you guys genki.. I like this apartment.. good layout.. plenty of storage space..✓ .. I would guess the bedroom with the balcony is the master. The other room would be an ideal home office space for me.. Excellent property.. and no imposing tower blocks looking out of the views.

地下１階と１階のメゾネットタイプがありますが、雨の日に地下１階がジメジメするので間取りが良くても個人的には避けると思います。
