In my college, we have with sodium nitroprusside crystals... But on doing the same test... It didn't work... IDK y... The college confirmed it was urine containing Ketone bodies... 😂😂😂😂

Need practice, fresh solution of sodium nitroprusside.
Try with artificial urine with acetone first,
Then do it on urine sample

If you are asking about yellow stools
It could be cause of
Patholigical: raised bile pigments in jaundice, gall bladder inflammation, hepatitis.
One needs to get other investigations like liver function test, urine routine, cbc and usg in case of gastric discomfort .
Non pathological cause would be simply food colors or turmeric intake.
