Man, I wish I could catch the small ones like that! Those are the good eaters. I caught one the other day that had to been close to 10 pounds. It was like chewing on my shoe after a super short cook on high heat. With the bigger channel cats it’s almost impossible to get them with soft meat.
I'm just glad there were no mishaps around the frying pot this time.
