How to make this beautiful Cinderella Tutu Dress/ tutorial/ Follow along/Easy/

Follow along on this tutorial on making a short length Cinderella tutu dress. The one in the video is for an age 10. Further on in the video, at the end, I show a dress that was made for a 5 year old. I also show a longer tutu dress. You will need tulle, crochet top, ribbon, butterflies and crystals.
