If you notice, Stillwell ramps up the sexuality of her relationship with Homelander whenever he gets out of control. She doesn't want to, but its her only way to try and reign him in.
15:15 What I really love about that scene is that it shows the real disconnect a lot of "rich" black celebrities go through compared to "hood" black people who actually give a crap about their community. He knew that security guard was following him because he was black, and when called him out on it, he didn't address that. He just said "I'm A-Train", implying that *he* shouldn't have to go through that because *he* is above everyone else. It's this feedback loop of narcissism where anything that goes wrong in his life is attached to his status as a famous rich dude, and a black man second. Popclaw never got to publicly be with A-Train because it was bad for his "rich" playboy image. A-Train blamed Hughie for her death that he, himself, caused to protect his own interests. Over and over, but it's never his fault: everyone else is who is wrong.
With all information from the show, the best information presented about Becca's take, the best explanation is that Homelander believed it was a consensual encounter and she probably felt too scared of him to turn down his advances. It makes sense that she'd feel (and eventually say) she was raped, but to him it would have seemed like he wanted to have sex with her and she agreed (he is narcissistic enough not to question why a married woman would agree to have sex with him, he seemed surprised/did not remember when he was first connecting the dots, and he does say they did it 3 times).

I think the base thing about Homelander is if you lack the ability to feel physical pain, you lose one of the easiest ways to learn empathy. That’s why it’s hard for most normal ppl to inflict violence on each other cause they understand pain and it’s effect on others. I literally can’t wait for someone to make him bleed and what his emotional response to that moment would be.
Great reaction! This is the first reaction where I’ve seen them discuss the body language and situation as she left the room. She put her shoes on outside, because (IMO) she wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible (having been raped). Someone who was just cheating would put on their shoes inside so they wouldn’t be seen coming out with their shoes off (which isn’t professional and so would be very suspicious). When it cuts to Billy laying in the grass and Homelander taunting him, then cuts to the kid coming out!
Not to forget Hughie getting caught to save them and Frenchie's speech when he did it is so freaking funny. The Boys themselves are so funny in their conversations. I knew you guys would love the show it's just so crazy and certainly parallels at least what I think supes would be like if they were in our society. It makes for a great discussion on a lot of topics.
Also if you were Hughie would you have saved ATrain at the end?
Not saving A Train. Also. Thanks for the comment. From what i read from others. Not sure why folks can’t accept that i was looking for “proof”. Lol. Imagine thinking “innocent till proven guilty”
Waky Waky
YEAAHHH
“Her baby is probably a supe too.”

Facts
Definitely think guys wrong on this The moment the female was like she felt that wasn’t by choice, should hush up Not even spoiling but I get it everyone has they opinion but the moon is the moon the ocean is the biggest body of warm The deep and Homelander showed signs being forceful
Why should I hush up?
@@YaBoyRockLee I meant that as joke Sorry what I was trying to say “hush” I meant like When ur gym friend starts a fight but you know he can’t fight .The R word such a touchy subject for me How Homelander has been portrayed definitely gives Rapist vibe especially relationship between him and Maeve looks suspicious (( I hope this information is a not spoiler am sure it was shown in this season when visiting her ex girlfriend )) (( Also I was doing channel joke as The Queen and the peons we should bow and hush to the Queen knowledge 🙇🏾♂️
@@itagetafinalsusanoo8915 my bad.
I couldn’t tell it was a joke honestly. In a show with twists. It wouldn’t have surprise me if there was a side to Becca that we didn’t know.
Like anything is possible in the writing. Even though Homelander is already sus. What a surprise to also find he may have been lied to. I’m just open minded to the story telling with my thoughts.
But anyways definitely touchy subject.
nice
