We went from fighting people involved with Makarov, to fighting people not involved with Makarov not even a little bit, to now fighting Makarov. How tf dose that make sense?
The campaign was complete dog sh!t but the multiplayer is exactly what MW2 should have been and I am enjoying it a lot apart from getting in lobbies with full CDL skin wearing tryhard enemies
I personally am really excited to play the multiplayer. But you are absolutely right. It's not worth 70$. So I'm gonna wait it out and go look for a used copy later so my money doesn't go to activision. But you know what great 4+ hour game you can get that is only 20$? Signalis. Though it's not a first person or even third person shooter. It ain't even fully 3D. But it doesn't need to be because it is great regardless and will be worth the 20 bucks. I even double dipped to get it on my switch and be able to play it wherever I bring it.
First cod I haven’t gotten even remotely hyped for in years, even mw2 I was on the hype train majorly but this one I just ignored and haven’t bought and will not be buying. My biggest wish was for Cold War to be a remake of bo1 on the new engine, which I would love for them to do in the next cod but I don’t see that happening. They’ll look at cold wars mostly flop in sales and think the setting didn’t work, churn out some more garbage like vanguard, and wonder why we don’t have their backs
I wouldn't even class myself as a "fanboy" per say, but I can totally agree with both sides of the argument. First off that the game is expensive for what it is and secondly that the campaign was incredibly rushed. It might have looked good, but that doesn't take away from the fact it just didn't lay a finger on MW19 or even MW22. Admittedly most people play Multiplayer or Zombies and depending on what kind of person you are, that is the main reason I enjoy cod year on year. Some worse than others and some downright bad, which in my opinion MW22 with its pacing just killed it for me after mear months. Most of us play cod because there really isn't many games doing us justice right now and keeping us engaged long term. Sure you can bring up single-player games, but people like myself are social and play with up to sometimes 8 people. So I hope you can understand why we play it and enjoy it for that sake of things. Games haven't been great other than single players but long term it just hasn't lasted.
I won't name any channel names, but i clicked on a MW3 video and saw people in the comments SO hyped. so happy about MW3. i have no idea how ANYONE could be happy about a game that had "a bug" which were disc issues that MADE you put the MW2 disc into your system before MW3 would launch.
I friend of mine once said internet strikes only go for 2 days, in light of the Reddit convo. And in typical goldfish memory internet, all the hate and criticism towards Activision and CoD as a franchise has vanished. I wonder why is it, what makes people behave like these beaten wives that can never let of of the companies. Like, you still have the old games, play the old games if the new ones are not up to par, be vocal with your discontent but also *act upon it.* Companies don't listen unless you endanger their cash flow. I guess it's the same consumer drive that makes people buy the new iPhone every release, despite marginal improvements, if any at all, and the ever increasing prices.
If your going to judge a game only for the campaign (that wasn't made by Sledgehammer), you need to grow up. Activison bad, Sledgehammer good. Activision made campaign -> campaign is bad. Sledgehammer made MP -> MP is good (atleast from the beta). COD isn't all about the campaign.
Just buy Titanfall 2, best campaign, best multiplayer and the game is often heavily discounted (it's often on 85% discount and worths less than 5$ even for deluxe edition of the game)

The 2 year cycle thing was a leak. it was planned to be a 2 year cycle but they didn't act on that. there was a document leaked to a person saying it was meant to be a 2 year game and he told twitter about it and everybody just believed it. Even tho the document was old and not official

this whole campaign felt more like lengthy Raids episode with the open world aspect. wish they just sticked to the linear missions they always used to make.
Even Brain Rot, Meat Riding, Neckbeard, Fanboys are disappointed in the Campaign. It has like 1 or 2 good moments but everything else is trash. I feel especially bad for Soap's Actor, who was casted perfectly as Soap yet got killed off so quickly. I really hope all the Actors & Actresses got paid good cuz this game was hot garbage.

i haven't played a Zombies gamemode since BO2 and really COD in general since BO2, but an open world zombie game CAN work as evidenced by the Dead Island and the Dead Rising games they was semi open world games sure, but their combat was legendary at the time same goes for Dying Light, it was a sucsessful open world zombie game and possibly the FIRST truly open world zombie game. open world zombie games can work, but COD Zombies open world seems like a disaster
I’m watching from the side lines but 70 bucks for a 3 hour campaign and half the multiplayer is a scam
And the fact people buy that every year is wild
Im still trynna fathom how people can be happy that they brought back features that were ALREADY IN PREVIOUS CODS…. I can’t buy this game, I legit got too burnt out on MW2 and was too bored to play
I sure do love my $70 DLC
Good thing it's not dlc then
@@usernamepassword236 sure does act like dlc
@@Knightfall-rb7md how?
I feel there’s an over reliance on the idea that Xbox will “fix” this. I feel there’s nothing to say that they have any intentions of doing so, especially when they implement a full screen ad for the game when you boot up their console. I feel it’s just the people’s next excuse for people to preorder or buy day 1.
Growing up i never played the og mw series. When the xbox one and ps4 came out i was one of those kids that asked for a wii u 😂. I did play 2022 cod but prior to that the last cod i played was bo2. So i cant speak for anyone but im exited for zombies lol
I love the rain 🌧 in ole gta 3
Gta online fun too

Somehow, I gave the Scowling Wonder Woman of Disapproval in my Community tab just for the startup ad on my XBox. Clearly, I have never been interested in playing Call of Duty, and never will.
Honestly the more COD fails the more I smile. They deserve it.
i remember the last good cod mw 2019
always love it when you predict something and it turns out the exact way it was gonna happen lol.
Its not really predicting if you can see it from a mile away. When a company sits there and reboots a old franchise usually it doesnt do well. Like the fact they even did mw 1 and 2 and then did the remasters showed what they were trying to do and they knew it was gonna be bad cause they couldnt compete with their old former selfs
yeah but when you have a bunch of people telling you , you're wrong making ya feel like you're in a f**king fever dream. just gotta love to know you're not the crazy one here.@@spectrumblastgaming
Literally got a mw3 ad whilst watching this 😂
Either this game or next game is gonna end up sealing Activisions downfall
What’s hilarious is any cod released that is separate from main franchise like black ops and modern warfare are lackluster. Even if they are solid games, the community just complains about how it’s different like advanced warfare and ghosts. So they just resort to familiarity with remasters, reboots, and new black ops games.
I remember when they said that dlc would get a break this year and mw2 would get a dlc, but I believe they changed their minds and this year is the final year for PlayStation contract for cod as Microsoft buys Activision
They never said that it was a leak
@@usernamepassword236 found the cod rider,

Yeah i agree with everything you said i havent played any cod titles since bo3
MW3 had a sub-par campaign mode, and a decent multiplayer.
Imo that's kinda better than MW2. We don't even talk about that game no more 💀.
At least back in older CODs when they re released a throw back map they would at least rework the map with a different skin. Now it’s literally copy and paste.
I actually enjoyed mw3, but I think that they should have made the mw3 2023 campaign the mw2 2022 campaign, then it would make sense and we would have gotten a better storyline. We went from fighting people involved with Makarov, to fighting people not involved with Makarov not even a little bit, to now fighting Makarov. How tf dose that make sense?
I could not agree with you more, and good for you for not investing in this.
The campaign isn’t the whole game.
Multiplayer is the best it’s been in YEARS and Zombies shall be interesting too. 😊

I don’t get chat banned if I’m not talking.
Here i am watching this video while playing the OG MW3 and having a blast
🤦♂️😐 I'm glad I have Most CoDs on Xbox 360...
MW 2019 is the best of the newer cods imo
Facts
If your going to judge a game only for the campaign (that wasn't made by Sledgehammer), you need to grow up. Activison bad, Sledgehammer good. Activision made campaign -> campaign is bad. Sledgehammer made MP -> MP is good (atleast from the beta). COD isn't all about the campaign.
Just buy Titanfall 2, best campaign, best multiplayer and the game is often heavily discounted (it's often on 85% discount and worths less than 5$ even for deluxe edition of the game)
ahhh. I was there on midnight and fondly remember skipping school the next day to play modern warfare all night and day long on its original release date, I gave up after modern warfare 3 on 360. it was a joke back then, it is still a joke today. lol
Me and my friends, all got MW 2 and we’re so excited just because they said it was 2 years of support…
no they didn't. The 2 year cycle thing was a leak. it was planned to be a 2 year cycle but they didn't act on that. there was a document leaked to a person saying it was meant to be a 2 year game and he told twitter about it and everybody just believed it. Even tho the document was old and not official
Optimus: addresses the people who like the campaign
People who like the campaign:
as a DLC the campaign was fine. People just complain because they market is as a new game
At this point, the only way I'll ever play a Call of Duty game again is if a new multiplayer mod project rises from the ashes of SM2 and doesn't get Cease and Desisted by Activision or Microsoft.
Love the GTA 3 gameplay in the background.
Talking about how bad one game is while playing a "Definitive edition" GTA is just the biggest disrespect lol
I'd rather play the GTA "definitive edition" than ever touch a modern Call of Duty game
I’m so honest I’d rather play that garbage than whatever mw3 is
this whole campaign felt more like lengthy Raids episode with the open world aspect. wish they just sticked to the linear missions they always used to make.
Don't forget about the 200+ gigabyte download size.
I sleep well knowing that I haven’t given any of my hard earned cash to activision since Ghost
Here’s a solution, if u have a old ps3 or Xbox 360 just put in the og mw3 and play campaign
I really hope all the Actors & Actresses got paid good cuz this game was hot garbage.
being honest, i had never experienced a Call Of Duty Campaign, I've seen it all on RUclips, but never played Cod campaigns myself since I cannot afford it, so i missed out on all the good stuff
I'm not buying this garbage. Save your money gents.
I am not playing it this year I am done with 2k cod I just pray x defiant comes out
They killed Soap as if he was a side character. Not to mention they made him a total noobie through out the story, the OG Modern Warfare story line was 100x better.
Your right. I wish i didn't bother buying mw3 i just got excited for zombies in a mw game and og mp i didn't played because i didn't had good internet at the time.
The vote with your wallet is the only vote that matters to a company... you can not register to vote in such cases though.
Last cod game i actually enjoyed was black ops 3, i was just playing bo3 zombies recently and it's not a stretch to say that bo3 zombies alone is better than MW3 2023, I'll go back to playing Kino Der Toten and Five on BO1.
