I read somewhere that Sakamoto hated this song so much he refused to play keyboards on it, and so would switch with Takahashi and play the drums. Sure enough, there he is bashing away.

@@bennyshambles I believe he thought it was too similar to an Ultravox song, and didn't participate in the recording at all.
@@rogerwalnut do you know what Ultravox song? he definitely doesn't look happy on the drums, ha.
@@avantdisregarde it's 'Passionate Reply'. they do sound somewhat similar but are still excellent songs in their own right.
