  • In this fall November fishing video we hit the lake to test the proficiency pocket combo. This handy little jewel has been riding around in the Element all year waiting for a day like today. Stick around to the end to hear my thoughts.

I was looking at this rod a few days ago

@@Jack-g1e I think they’re pretty cool, just wanna stress patience getting the line through it and tying a hook on the first time. They’re were parts that couldn’t be shown on RUclips!

I was looking at this awhile back, would probably be great with a jig head grub for bluegill and even smaller bass. I just hate closed face reels and if the reel stops working thats pretty much it

@@dbullets3664 all true! I will try the jig when it gets a lot warmer.

@@Platano_macho awesome, I plan to take it hiking and plan my hike around it. Do you use a jig or live bait?

@ I use flies and mini crank bait that Walmart sells for about $1.50

Nice video! For $20 though, why would somebody pick this over a Dock Runner/Dock Demon other than portability and "Fun Factor"?

@@BikesAndBites101 well, that’s a good question. I can say I like that I hauled it for nearly a year and there were no eyes that got damaged. Just a thought…

Bought one broke before I could even take it out to fish with it

I bought one about 2 years ago and while handy, it was one of the worst pieces of fishing gear I ever spent money on. Micro guides instead of the tube would have been much better and easier to use lol

@@FishingWithChris_Tv the tube was cause of severe language not fit for tv, but overall I like its durability.
