Unfortunately because I’m kind of a newbie using RUclips in this way, I don’t think I can actually post an additional picture. I have tried in the past! I do have it on my Facebook group. I found that when I just write it out people have questions it might look a little tricky. @@petedogg369 I thought that at first too, but mine kept cracking and they kind of just tasted the same. So it’s kind of delivered on my part but if you think about it, as many times as you roll it over essentially you’re getting the same because if it’s full of filling, it will only roll over itself two or three times we’re by this rolls over several so the same amount goes on it just is thinner. I hope that makes sense ha ha ha ha

@ just keep cooking it down on low and stirring it. It burns very quickly! But the more you heat it then the milk mixture will kind of evaporate. But again do it really really low OK? And you don’t want it too thick that you can’t spread it easily. You’d be surprised you really don’t need a thick coat. In fact, that’s what usually will be the culprit in making a nut roll explode. Mine was actually a little too thick, but I only had a little bit of time and I really wanted to make this video for a couple of friends mine. One time I didn’t have enough filling, so I ground up some more walnuts and just pulverized them, and then sprinkle them on top of the mixture. I think you’ll really like the flavor of the mixture with this nut roll! Good luck and keep me posted. I really do care and want to be helpful. 🥰
It was how thin the dough should be. And about how many inches 12 inches the square should be Also what the nuts and mixture look like The same side down, went to put the egg wash on and how to tuck in the ends is probably the most important thing. They’re probably were more, not just that one that you said overfilling.

Those need more filling. Makes them moister and taste better.

You’d be surprised you really don’t need a thick coat. In fact, that’s what usually will be the culprit in making a nut roll explode.
