We watch this series to see a group of friends having fun and creating cool moments together. The Desert Duo has made some of the most epic and most comedic moments in the whole series, in my opinion. Most importantly, this series is about fun. Whatever you and the rest of the Lifers want is what matters most. Anyone who says otherwise is watching the wrong series.

BigB can't drop individual items, he missed the update in which you can just q-drop one item, so he needs to carefully split anything in his inventory before dropping it. There's weird and wacky blind spots on all the Lifers, and I think that makes it more fun.

I mean, it's easy to say "ignore the haters" on this side of the comments, we're not the ones having them pouring in. For channels in the hundreds of thousands of subscribers, it has to be exhausting, and having more people hounding him in the opposite direction can't be that helpful when he already knows that the complainers aren't the majority opinion by far, they're just really loud. Besides, it's not like they aren't hanging out _ever._ They're still friends, they still hang out plenty on Hermitcraft, and I'm sure off-camera too. Is it really that big a deal that for three hours a week they hang out somewhat less than they might otherwise? Plus their bases are _right_ next to each other, they're going to have _plenty_ of interactions in this series. :P

Watch Scar's video, go watch a few other povs, and come back to Grians so the interactions are less fresh? Idk man, it's so silly and entitled. Scar, master of all information mine craft... unless ti's a crafting recipe... Seriously though the things he has known this series that other didn't: the mining redstone for exp (even if you don't plan to do any redstoning), the eat before the foods randomize, the understanding minecarts do keep fall damage, but only if they don't land on a rail.
Scar knows the things that are important. If you're crafting, chances are, you're not in any time crunch. But if you're PvP hunting, you need to know what damages you. Well, I say that, but then I remember the "diamond tower" war on Hermitcraft, and DocM building a rudimentary TNT cannon in like 5 seconds in order to intercept someone out of range. Crafting can be useful in hectic times too.

BigB can't drop individual items, he missed the update in which you can just q-drop one item, so he needs to carefully split anything in his inventory before dropping it. There's weird and wacky blind spots on all the Lifers, and I think that makes it more fun.

I mean, it's easy to say "ignore the haters" on this side of the comments, we're not the ones having them pouring in. For channels in the hundreds of thousands of subscribers, it has to be exhausting, and having more people hounding him in the opposite direction can't be that helpful when he already knows that the complainers aren't the majority opinion by far, they're just really loud.
Besides, it's not like they aren't hanging out _ever._ They're still friends, they still hang out plenty on Hermitcraft, and I'm sure off-camera too. Is it really that big a deal that for three hours a week they hang out somewhat less than they might otherwise? Plus their bases are _right_ next to each other, they're going to have _plenty_ of interactions in this series. :P
@@Idranwhen you put it like that - 3 hour recording sessions per week - it doesn't sound that bad, sure, but it's still rude as hell to demand someone spend less time with anyone else because it bothers you, even if they are a content creator. And to complain that they team up too much or whatever is ridiculous because they've only actually teamed up in 2 out of now 7 seasons. Iirc Ren and Martyn have teamed up/been allies in at least 3, and BigB and Cleo seem to have paired off this season as well (I could be wrong as ive not watched their povs yet). I don't see anyone complaining about that :/ or complain about Mumbo-Grian interaction/team up when they were teammates in Last Life and probably interact more on Hermitcraft than Scar and Grian do.
And at the end of the day if you don't like the way or the frequency youtubers interact just...don't watch them? Or skip the parts of the video thats on both povs? Watch Scar's video, go watch a few other povs, and come back to Grians so the interactions are less fresh? Idk man, it's so silly and entitled. Yes, this is his job and he needs engaging content, but at the end of the day he's playing a game with his friends. I'd never fault him for *spending time with those friends*
@@Tobias.Sterling oh yeah I agree on all of that, 100%. i just worry that getting a bunch of people to reassure Scar might be its own sort of annoying? like I said, he and Grian both know that the complainers are a minority, they know most of their audience are fans of their interactions, i think they just don't want to deal with the comments this time. they both just made a mutual decision for this season so they don't get the barrage, and they're both still having fun anyway.

Seriously though the things he has known this series that other didn't: the mining redstone for exp (even if you don't plan to do any redstoning), the eat before the foods randomize, the understanding minecarts do keep fall damage, but only if they don't land on a rail.
Scar knows the things that are important. If you're crafting, chances are, you're not in any time crunch. But if you're PvP hunting, you need to know what damages you.
Well, I say that, but then I remember the "diamond tower" war on Hermitcraft, and DocM building a rudimentary TNT cannon in like 5 seconds in order to intercept someone out of range. Crafting can be useful in hectic times too.
