Hi Sally! I am so happy to find your channel! I have been sewing for a few years, but I am hoping to improve sewing clothes this year. Thank you for your clear instructions and videos! I am even more excited now to keep working :)
Dear thewagnercollection, Thank you for this nice comment! I wish you wonderful success in your journey of sewing. It is so rewarding! If you need help you can always sign up for one on one instruction via my website. Thank you again!
Dear Irene, Thank you so much! I am thrilled to hear you liked the course! And that you are from Venezuela! This is all good news as I hope to be able to reach many people in many places around the world. There’s a LOT more to come! Happy sewing!
Hello, Anita! Thank you so much for your kind comment. It means a LOT to hear that sewers are getting some help from these tutorials! Yes, I did make the smock. (A bit of a secret - I will soon be releasing a tutorial on patterning a dress that it just about the shape of the smock and could be used for such. ) Please stay tuned for more to come and thank you again!
Don’t know if you will see this comment, but I have a question on fit. It looks like the sloper has some “drag folds” under the bust - from the outside bust apex to center front. Am I being super picky and that is acceptable? I have always thought (perhaps incorrectly), that those folds need to be corrected for.
Helo, Miriam, Yes, those are drag lines! I have looked carefully and I believe it is mainly that she is not standing straight. If she raised her shoulders, the drag lines would disappear. I think she was tired and I did not notice everything and should have walked away from her to get a better view before talking about it. Good catch and good point! I am glad you brought this up - thank you! Happy Sewing!

I love your teaching style! Thank you for sharing your knowledge! I also love your mock jacket. I assume it is self drafted?
