Marwan on the receiving end of quite a lot of Shot of the Year options... XD Seriously though, I think Rodriguez #12 does it for me for a few reasons. First, he activated Disco Time much earlier in the rally, then when it wasn't a winner, kept his composure and reset, playing some really good, consistent squash. It was a monster rally in front of a big crowd, and it was really anyone's point, when he produces that behind the back shot for the perfect dying length. Then, just for the cherry on the top, the massive smile Crouin manages to crack despite losing such a physical rally made me so happy to see. This is what squash is all about!
by Ibrahim I think that last backhand from deep court 4:15 was almost as impressive as the final kill shot. his width and depth were sick. it set him up nicely as the front court giving him a weak return from Hesham after that great backhand cross court.
Has anyone noticed how all the Frenchmen have masterful overhead forehand volley kills? Crouin's shot #16 used to be Gaultier's forte, and its a Marche favorite too.
Loved watching all of these, such high quality and entertainment...but in many cases, we've seen the shot before despite how brilliant the execution, so for sheer improvisation and originality, it has to be Mueller's blind over the shoulder for me 🥳
Miguel Rodriguez all the way. Either of his choices. He almost had two shots of the year in the same rally with Crouin! Got to be the most entertaining rally of the year. The Colombian Cannonball, what a showman
I'm losing interest in squash while they still have Asal the cheat playing. I just started playing Padel, what a great game. The padel youtube channel has more subs than squash now. No Asal-style cheating either.

They're all absolutely amazing, but it has to be Müller for me. Such a unique shot!
I have to drop a vote for Mueller! It might not be the best shot, but it's certainly something I have never witnessed in squash yet alone pro squash!

Totally agree that rally alone was unreal and to win it like that, winner that one
#2 Gawad - to pull that nick off under that pressure...wow
"The french crowd has got their baguettes out!"
They started hitting each other on the head!
😂
Unnecessary use of stereotype
Ibrahim topspin shot is incredible
You can't pick a single shot as the best, they're all insane
Gawad, shot n.2 is stand out. The way it clings and drops, as a result of his spin, is immense
COL Cannonball at the Canadian open was nuts in the final.

That Meuller get is the most unique by far
has to go to mueller for me
I vote for Crouin #15 or #16. To make the shot under pressure at 9-9 or 10-10 in final game…impressive. Also, Asal does not belong here.
Amen sister, well said
1 was just amazing skill. No one could have read that
Anyone noticed Marwan was on the receiving end 5 times of these hot shots?
Classic Marwan yh only receiving end 😂 Coll usually too, Crouin is at least balanced
Superb
2:20 great to see a shot selected that was not a winner
Hectic stuff 🧑🏻🦯
06:59 Aly A. Elenein 💥💥💥💥💥
There are one or two guys down at my club who would break Asal's legs if he tried his stuff on them. Get out the way!
Anyone apart from Asal.
Mueller, Salazar and Rodriguez
Mueller
Pity Asal appears at all in this video.
That was season of Gawad👀
The winner has to be Nic Mueller!
Rodriguez 🔥
First two shots Vs Elias... they just have to be that good to get a point off him.
Muller, never seen before, probably never will 😂
Shot # 1 MH or # 8 DE. Cheers
Has to be shot no. 6 from Gawad
That French crowd……
My pick Rodriguez
Nice game
Mueller's - will never happen again
#4 Mueller!
Would be so much better to watch without all the “outrageous” and “scandal” comments. He really annoys…
mueller
Was really enjoying watching that... then shot 14 comes along 🤮
first
First one by hesham was amazing but he wasn't the best I don't think
@@cookesam6I think he actually meant he was the first comment 🤣
