I’ve had the exact issue but my obd2 reader shot a trouble code for a air sensor so I went ahead and replaced the throttle sensor but as well as the iat sensor and it seeemded to do the job great video brotha
Idle Air Control Valve not the Throttle Body Positioning Sensor. When truck is either lane cut throttle body butterfly is closed. Then in turn the Idel Air Control Valve takes over a while truck is idling and let's Sufficient air enough to idle correctly

I guess it was fix by just recording it

I changed that but it is still idled high
It worked for me, but it could be a vacuum leak.
