This was popular a couple of years ago when Ronaldo said he does it personally, since then I do it with every pair of new boots I get and it helps a lot. Definently recommend doing this, the boots get really soft and the material stretches a bit, you have the feeling that you are wearing a leather boot instead of synthetic, but you keep the benefits of the synthetic upper. Great video again!

@@aldenwilson926 i gave them a clean and got away with returning them, theres no way i was willing to try and break them in, they were ridiculously sore on my feet. I went back to my old faithful and got a set of nike premiers

If you buy mercurials or phantom vnm make sure you go half a size or one size up only do this technique if the boot fits you

Guys i tried them i really recommend it it's alot softer now and it doesn't melt the glue don't worry, no soul separation.

SIR ERIC WR Yes, but make sure not to use boiling hot water use warm water but not very hot and don't keep it too long in the bowl, keep it for about 10 minutes, don't worry it won't melt.

Yes, if it works with the superfly 5 it should work with that too, but the main reason why people do it is to break in the soleplate, of course it won't have any effect what so ever on the upper cuz if knitted. How ever you can do it with promixo 2 I think it's a waste of time.

These vapors 11 are the best in my opinion but my god toebox is so small even if u have thin feet.. it took me so long to break in, should go one size more with the 11's
