Yeaaa, the long poles for drying are everywhere in Singapore and Hong Kong. Definitely come by!! You may find that a few things have changed with the city. Its always changing.

"Hello darkness my old friend" that's hilarious.. no joke, I seriously just said that to my friend on Facebook when my chilli bites ran out... like a couple of hours ago, so strange haha, I kept singing it today and then you put in your video!! - I can recommend Final Cut Pro X for great video editing, super easy to learn.. but really great content creators like Casey Neistat uses it.. it's what I use too.. you don't have to thank me for a shout out! it's no biggie.. you're cool!
I definitely agree on Peter's recommendation. Final Cut Pro is great, one of the best ones out there but it's a Mac OS only software. So in case she's using a Windows based computer, she can also check out Adobe Premier.
The main reason I'd recommend Adobe Premier for cutting/sequence editing is because of the accessibility of educational material on the software (Lynda.com, PluralSight, Infiniteskills, Total Training are some good training sources that comes to mind) and both Premier and Final Cut being used as industry standards. She also has to learn a little After Effects on some level but that's a totally new and different story. One thing at a time.
So far it looks like she's doing a really good job though; better than many long-time up and running channels!

I'm slowly getting the hang of things, just need to discover more functions and all. So time-consuming tho! 😭 I have a new found respect for content creators, like you.
