oddly, Joe, you mentioned almost exactly the Amourouds that i have: Oud Tabac, Oud After Dark, Wet Stone, Oud Illumine, and Golden Oud - i've been considering Sunset Oud but need to find a sample first - Joe, can you recommend where i might find a sample of Sunset Oud?
Alan, do you think that Oud Tabac is similar to Tobacco Vanille, or completely different? Also, if you had to choose between Oud Tabac vs Oud After Dark, which would you choose. I DO own a large variety of tobacco based fragrances…. Thanks in advance!
@@GTO4 no, I don't find Amouroud's "Oud Tabac" similar to TF's "Tobacco Vanille" - they're very different. Oud Tabac leans much more toward spice with a moderate bit of leather, and Tobacco Vanille has some mellow spice but leans more toward an amber. IMHO.

Oud Sunset is completely new and different from their other ouds. It’s a more ambery and safe multipurpose oud. It’s also very versatile. As far as finding it, MaxAroma may have samples.
