SIGMA Frequency
In a Sigma state, your brain waves move at a frequency between 12-15 cycles per second. The frequency of Sigma is a mental state of deep relaxation and meditation. Sigma is close to the Alpha state that governs daydreams, fantasy, and denotes a state of consciousness detached and relaxed.
SUGGESTION OF HOW TO USE THIS:
In a quiet environment lay back in a comfortable position and let your brain get in sync with The Wave Pattern. Make sure not to put it too loud. Earbuds are the best for this purpose because it mutes most of the sounds from the environment.
Now you need to induce the sub-conscience mind, existing within you and in other dimensions than the flesh. The Power Of You !! Begin by clearing negative thoughts BEFORE you fall into the state of numbness that will eventually kick in. Don't stress over it by letting all go. Ask for the power of inner PEACE...... For help try to understand this: • Message From Universal...
Know what you want by asking the power of THEE to tell you how you feel. Because Feeling is the Compass. It's where you are heading. Imagine what you want in your reality with the feeling of accomplishment and gratitude. Like already done! That is how we induce the subconscious. Then, Observe later on in your Reality ...... You'll be Amazed !!

I already had experiment all states of mind, theta Delta alpha gamma and I did never found information about sigma state before, but this sound let me in state of mind very different from others, I feel the chi very intense and flowing very intense around, can be very powerful to reach astral travel! Who knows how to use to vibration, will feel very intense vibration!

You are still alive. Create your life in the image you desire. The power is yours!!! I was addicted to heroin at 17 in and out of prison and still addicted to heroin over 40 I found out that I was able to create my own universe. Seek and you shall find! There is an astounding amount of darkness and evil in this world, however there is every bit as much light and love. I would really like to recommend certain things to you but I’m not sure it’s my place to do so. First and foremost, forgiveness is key… charity forgiveness and love will help to open the doors. I don’t mean to continue to let ppl do you wrong, that’s not okay, forgive them and move on. Or the universe will remove them from you. You saying “life is a let down” will make that exactly what you get. The universe will give you what you speak into existence. Thought is no different than speaking… when you think or say negative things, immediately take them back. Never wish someone would do or be different. It only confirms that they won’t… the longer you hang on something negative the more real you make it. I hope this message finds you. I hope you will look into how to create your own world. Seek and you will find!!! Peace and love friend. Peace and love!!!
This is FANTASTIC! I subscribed a couple of weeks ago just because if this track, it really helps me relax. Anyway, I got into my van this morning, turned on the radio and after a few songs Pink Floyd's 'The Machine' comes on and...BOOM!! There it IS!
