I want that Cronos grey dial in the 36mm case. San Martin SN058g dials are not the best IMO. How are you feeling about the Cronos L6010 after almost a year?

How many removable links on it? And does it have AR coating on the glass?
10 links and yes it has some not sure of how many layers
