Theres 4-5 types of morphine which all do different things, i believe one can make you sprint longer, one increase your weight, and one slows down your hunger and thirst. I don't know completely but yesh thsts last i checked.
Update: since writing this comment I have crashed 6 more times losing a seca or malyuk and rampage armour every time. I am running a quest 3 with 3gb fibre optic internet and this game has crashed 4 times for me today 😔 never had this issue before
