I personally like the Viper NSF coil cleaner, I try to get two cleaning's out of one can. Not quite 15 per can here in Arkansas. Probably 18 a can out there on the coast. But definitely how I clean dirty coils hit with pressurerized hot water then viper and rinse work's like charm! I miss being young and looking forward to Halloween night, tractor pulled hayride! Those we're the day's!
I would really enjoy an end of year video series like “Most plugged coil of 2024” “Junkiest equipment of 2024” “Sketchiest install of 2024” “Most hammered unit 2024” “Most iced up coil 2024” “Most scuzzed up ice machine 2024”
That coil should have been installed in back of box and the proper distance from the back wall. It sucks in all the dirt and air from the kitchen every time the door is opened. Coil placement in boxes is often wrong.
The cleanliness of the store is really questionable. I would say this was the first cleaning. We also have shops like this in Germany and it's getting worse and worse. I'm really glad that I only do the big things and no longer with gastronomy. Greetings from Germany.
