I love this tradition of all the American competitors getting together
This is something I love seeing in Strongman comps. They wanna win but will cheer on the other guys in the events - even when going head-to-head.

@@k4karot766 today was an accessory day so just did paused deads at 410lbs x 3 x 4. Friday’s are my heavy DL days.

Man Trey's lockouts are so good. Thomas Evans's lockout is hindered a bit by the very wide arm placement, I think. The dude is an absolute machine though. Really holds his own in every major comp
it's great to see trey back up and running after that quite serious injury. he is clearly smart about his body. also thomas evans is a beast, i love to see new bodies

Great video, everytime I watch Bobby Thompson deadlift, I realize how little I understand the deadlift. His technique is simply a thing of beauty and efficiency.
I love the fact that you're all more than just competitors, in most sports people view their competitors as being the enemies, but in strongman you all get together and share tips and tricks, i love it!

Strongman camp! Got one of the best gyms in the world, be a shame if world class strongmen didn't use it. B Shaw helping grow Strongman - he might be bigger in the sport in retirement than he was in his all time great competitive career.

What is your favorite flavor of your Pre-workout drink? What do you take or drink after. Do you use amino acids? Do you sell any. I'm sure you have told us but I don't remember. Getting ready to stock up and get to work.
