I have Fibro and a bunch of other stuff. Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) has helped me more than other meds. There’s a Foundation to research it. Love your designs. I’ve always been a sewer. Never thought about designing like you. So creative.

I have neuropathy and it’s horrible. I used to love walking and exercising but now it’s so much a challenge to move and I’m more stiff afterwards. Mine started right before covid and there’s no known case which makes it depressing that I just have to deal. Do what you can while you can and love it 😊
I have fibromyalgia and menieres disease and the best way to.deacribe them are elimination diagnoses. They test you for everything else they can think of but none of them come back positive, so thats the diagnosis they give you after they have eliminated all the other possibilities they can think of. There is no known specific cause for your symptoms and no cure and minimal to no treatment options because of not knowing the cause. I feel for you, fibromyalgia is a nightmare to live with. Many prayers for you to eventually get some answers.

I have shooting pain down my legs my lower lumbar is curved in I have a suggestion that i hope can help u as well for relief i used to see a chiropractor but no u need a special chiropractor that does decompression therapy watch the ring dinger here on youtube and see if you can find one that does this in your area i was on pain meds from 17 to 43
