I have the feeling that the composer took into account the resemblance to Anubis when making this track. Giving it a more mystically powered atmosphere that suits his Egyptian likeness~

Before the dub a lot of people romanized the characters name as Bills. Funimation decided to go super literal with theirs hence Beerus.

I honestly hope the guys from Toei or whoever is going to animate/reanimate the dubbed version of Super contact you guys and put it in the English dub. This soundtrack is amazing. Truly fitting for Beerus.

***** He fights hand to hand a lot and I love that. Battle of Gods had a good mixture between hand to hand and energy blasts. The best of Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z put together. I love that.
I still like Cell and Broly better. So what if the energy struggle between Cell and Gohan was long. It was still epic, that is, before Kai ruined it.
One clash shouldn't have to last that long. I understand the anime extending stuff because some things happened in the manga were pretty quick and by anime standards it would be too fast, but even so the beam struggle does not have to be that long. Having it all done in 1 episode is good.
While the Earthlings and Piccolo stepping in was filler, I thought it was a pretty good scene because it showed how everyone felt about Goku and Gohan. One of Toei animation's best moments.
There's a difference between something that is just long or is dragged out. When it goes on longer then it really has too then you just want to reach an end to what's going on screen already.
After destroying zamasu... he showed he's a real badass :v
I dunno, I think goku one-upped him when he stared Beerus down and tricked/threatened him after Beerus was ready to kill him

+Lord Hades I've always thought the same thing. Not only would his eyes be glowing a golden yellow, but Beerus' aura would be generating a massive amount of power. Similar to that of a ssj aura. We would all have no chose but to bow down and hail the highest order in the universe, the god of gods, the almighty God of Destruction himself, Lord Beerus!

Beerus is such an awesome character. I feel DBS is not the same without him. I miss him anytime he doesn't appear. He's like chill, yet takes care of everything if needs be, without remorse. I'm glad Toriyama kept him. And i hope he continues to be stronger than Goku and Vegeta for a long while. Definitely my favorite character on Super. Basically one that can allow himself to be comical, without losing his aura of all powerful god. This theme shoudl've been 5-6 minutes like the others. Beerus deserved it.

I love how it has Egyptian aspects in it as well... Considering Beerus is based off of the Egyptian God Anubis.

Beeru sis cool yes, but he started a fight over a Pudding Cup. That's just absolutely ridiculous. Broly had an actual reason to fight. He hated Goku more than even Frieza or Vegeta. Plus he's the Legendary Super Saiyan. That's why I think Broly's a better villain, besides, he may be weaker, but he surely is WAY more stubborn.
