    This video is outstanding. Your chess analysis is an art form in an of itself.

    My God, can you imagine modern chess engines in the hands of Capablanca?

    I have come to love your channel! You have a very awesome way of explaining games that is so clear and illuminating. No other chess channel compares to yours.

    Thank you for this Capa game. Incidentally I just watched it literally 2 days ago on the chess network. Would love more games where you highlight what exactly made him so good, and his "style".

    Capablanca is the guy who, once he beats you, you're left wondering: 'how did that happen?!'
    Whereas Fischer is the kind of guy who, when he beats you, you see exactly how it happened!

    I was talking about this very same game yesterday and here it is being analyzed by you, what a pleasant surprise, Thank you, you are much appreciated! ps Just in time for the opera he said right after winning the game and looking at his pocket watch. What a sight to behold!

    Probably the second most famous shocking last move in chess. Marshall's famous Q-g3!!! most likely is number one. Followed by the gold coins showering the board after. Marshall confirmed that it actually occurred.

    Capa was the most effortlessly dominant player there's ever been. You can say that Fischer and Kasparov were equally as dominant, but remember, those two worked obsessively at their games. Capa didn't. The most gifted player to ever live.

    Interesting... I'd play most of the moves Capablanca played in this game lol (before you showed the move) maybe some differences in sequence (moves that'd eventually be played)
    Also why Capablanca is top2 my favourite players, because his games comes natural to me 🥰😊

    How about the move rook to C8 for whites in that situation? Would it help?

    • @bakermantop
      @bakermantop 6 месяцев назад

      no. he would check with black Queen on a1, take the white queen and then simply take the rook on c8
