We started realising that so many people in our generation went through the same experience. But now it is time to start to leave this year in the past. I hope this can help... I suffer from arthritis too and I drink turmeric tea. Peel, cut into small pieces and boil fresh turmeric in a pot until the water gets dark enough. Turn off. Let sit for 15 minutes and then drink. (have her do this AT LEAST TWICE A DAY - once in morning - once night) it helps. And fast!!!
Tumeric, ginger and other herbs are great for arthritis. You must understand that arthritis is basically an inflammatory symptom. A change in her diet, along with these herbs and fasting will surely help to vastly improve her condition.
