Throughout my life as I have struggled with difficult life challenges, I wake up at 3am I grab my bible and I send time with God. He wants us to put our burdens on him and spend time with him. I know He is all knowing but just opening up to him and telling him what we are going through. Tell him all the little details that is cause the stress, then read a little, talk some more and read a little. I did this for a while and he provided such a peace, not only in my life, but my wife and kids life. The family changed so much and I never slept better. I hope this helps even just a little bit. oh my, i hope it was my suggestion for the gypsum, we can get a four inch down pour at our facility and the water puddles are crystal clear immediately, there are formulas on line for surface cover and just stir it around and it will pull all the dirt from the water and make it settle, its amazing, hope to see more content showing you use this!!!!!!!

In 2009 my parents lost the house to the economy, my dad’s health went down and couldn’t work then my mom spent a week in the Hospital. Thankfully we had family to lean on. We have moved several times since and it’s definitely a very stressful process. We ain’t moving again we love living out in the Country away from the City. Hopefully everything falls into place for ya soon. We understand
The tie rod end looks bent. Easy to replace and find online. If the rod that it screws on to is bad then it might be more expensive needing to replace the whole steering assembly. Plus if that rubber boot is torn it would be a good time to replace it while you're there.

It's an "Inner Tie Rod " on the golf cart that is bent. Pretty easy to replace once you figure out how it attaches to the steering rack. There are different ways they are attached . Google it and there are probably RUclips videos.

Steering rack and easy to install pop the outer tire rods off the knuckle by the tire unbolt the steering shaft and unbolt it pull it out and reverse procedure to install pending on how bad the inner tire rods is bent you could just replace it but if it’s to bad just replace the whole steering rack
Justin, that piece on the golf cart is the inner tie-rod. you should be able to just replace the rod, or you can replace the whole steering rack assembly (the part it attaches to) if its also damaged.
That’s an outer tie rod/inner tie rod. Both is connected to your steering rack. If your steering rack isn’t bent. Just replace the inner/outer tie rod. Looks up the model of you cart and just look up the replacement. Easy to do. Also you can do a fishing line alignment after and you’ll be fine. Save a bunch of money also.
What I would do with that bent steering rod is take the steering rack assembly out and slide the boot down and mark your threads so it matches when you put it back. Then unscrew that rod and bend it back. If all else fails take the assembly into the shop and ask for a new one and put it back in yourself. I don’t think your going to save money on parts only on labour

Put a rohx suspension under your cart. I did it on my txt and have not regretted it. I did a review on my channel outdoors830.. the suspension is very solid and it’s all new components. Takes about a hour to install d.i.y
Ai just bought a new water heater with A 12 year warranty. It cost 900. All new supply lines, vent hardware, pan (code required). $100.00. I would demand a refund. At least report that to the BBB. That's over the top expensive.
The golf cart. That rod is the tie rod , it’s to adjust toe in/out ! Pit the steering wheel where you feel is straight, then from the front look to see if the right side tire is turn more left or right . Loosen the jam nut and turn the inner part of the tire rod to adjust that side left/right to get the tire back straight, that should fix the alignment as long as nothing else got bent . You may have to replace the tie rod if it’s too bent. Hope this helps

I bought mine on a sale from Lowe's two year's ago and it was 930+ tax. Thing is actually awesome and saves me tons of money because I'm not keeping 60 gallons of water hot all year round. Not mention it's instant hot. Whoever quoted you 6k sounds like they're trying to get in your wallet. Plumber installed the whole thing for just under 700

This current house that they built they moved in as soon as they got walls around the bathroom. I had to see a shrink once when I was in seventh grade because we went from a country house to a city house and went wacko Come to find out my eyes had changed and I got new glasses and stopped getting headaches all the time I did kick the crap out of most of the people who were picking on me at a new school though so it helped a little
Crickets get in through the window drainage ports. Most windows have them and you cannot seal them up with caulk as rain will not drain and you'll end up with puddles all over the place. You can place patio screen there and all will be fine. Also, if you have a sliding glass door they can finagle their way through the rail and get in that way. Just go to Lowes or Home Depot and buy the stinger industrial fumigation stuff and saturate the daylights out of the entire perimeter of the house and all window and door frames every 4-6 months and anything that comes in will die in a few hours.

Inner and outer tie rod is what your asking about on the cart. You can easily donot yourself. Buy the parts. Count the amount of turns when removing and install the new ones with the same amount of turns
Like a couple comments below, that is the tie rod end on your steering rack. Should not be too bad to replace. Take measurements for a close alignment to do at home.

It's not easy to unclamp that with normal tools. But you can go to advance Auto or any of the other ones and borrow their tools. You want a tie rod separator. Basically looks like a big tuning fork.
Wide awake at 3am is the norm for me when I'm stressed. Nothing worse than realizing early on that you ain't goin' back to sleep. They legalized the doobies in my state which has been a godsend for that!

Tie Rod for your steering... also the boot looks to be ripped which will allow water in so that needs to be patched or replaced.

Just take it in. You bent the tie rod. This is an adjustment point. If you do it yourself, you'll still have to take it in to get it aligned.

Inner and outer tie rod is what your asking about on the cart. You can easily donot yourself. Buy the parts. Count the amount of turns when removing and install the new ones with the same amount of turns
If you can wire electronics in a boat, you could install a hot water heater.
Like a couple comments below, that is the tie rod end on your steering rack. Should not be too bad to replace. Take measurements for a close alignment to do at home.

The bent piece is an inner tie rod. Should be able to unclamp that rubber boot pull it back and it will unscrew from the rack in the middle!
It's not easy to unclamp that with normal tools. But you can go to advance Auto or any of the other ones and borrow their tools. You want a tie rod separator. Basically looks like a big tuning fork.
Wide awake at 3am is the norm for me when I'm stressed. Nothing worse than realizing early on that you ain't goin' back to sleep. They legalized the doobies in my state which has been a godsend for that!

For the golf cart, that's a tie rod, you unbolt it from the spendal, and unscrew it, and put a new one in. Just measure it before unscrewing it
