Good video except you should accelerate like you did with the stock pump. You definitely held back when you drove with the FASS pump. I want to see true reviews, not altered. Other than that, good video.
Did you use a double sided barb on the factory fuel line when you fixed the return line? I broke the fitting off today on accident. Bought a new pump but wanna see if I can buy a few fittings and return the $200 pump that I'm going to tear apart anyway
Edit: I continued watching , this video was helpful because I have the same intank module but I’ll be more careful when putting mine in and not cut the factory return lol
Let’s goooo
Yes Sir!
That's a beautiful truck!
That’s the next upgrade! Following step by step instructions thanks man! 🤙💨💨
You got it bro!
Great video except for one thing. How does your fuel gage work after all that gutting ? Please explain
You just don't mess with the fuel float on the original lift pump.

You got it!
He sure looks like Steph! 😮👍❤️🛻
Had a 165 on my old second gen, need to get one on my 07 5.9.
For sure! It's a much needed upgrade!
Great video! Very high quality. I love LM diesel!
Thank you!
I think it would be nice to edit the video and say not to cut off the factory reture port and save people alot of frustration
you should have just installed the fleece sureflow sending unit
I prefer the FASS. But thanks for the tip!

Fare enough. I will say though that with my time driving it. Even at full throttle with slightly bigger injectors, I never saw it drop below 15 psi
Excited for truck jam‼️
It's going to be sick!
How did you “plumb” the return line

Awesome video man I get mine tomorrow for my second gen.
Good deal! I hope the install goes well!
@@LMDiesel thanks I hope so too I got the 250 gph thinking it will keep my vp44 happy. Overkill but I don't think anything bad should come from it.
bro would you be able to do mine 🤔
I have a 04
If I replace my fuel pump with a fleece sureflo pump , do you know if I will still have to drill / core out holes in the top of the unit ??
Replace the FASS on my 05 single cab 2500 dually. It’s the only MOD I have so far. What tuner would you recommend?
EFI live!
@@LMDieselcan’t do efi on 05
2004 5.9 cummins do i need a FASS?
The answer is always yes!
You should color match the front bumper
100%
What camera are you recording with? Super crisp
Thank you! It's a nikon z6
What suction tube kit did you use?
Just the one that comes in the kit
How did you end up mounting the factory return after buzzing it off?
Edit: I continued watching , this video was helpful because I have the same intank module but I’ll be more careful when putting mine in and not cut the factory return lol
Sounds good! We live and learn lol
Do I need to plug into the old pump. My truck got a sump installed under tank can I just plug there?
Yes, just so you can see your fuel gauge.
After 2 fass pumps, I switched to fleece
Sorry to hear that. Honestly I’ve had great luck with mine!
How do you like fleece so far?
Yes thank you cost me an injection pump great cost advantage 780 for fast plus 4850 for injection pump
808 beezy!!
Your the same type of person to complain about how expensive fuel is. While you drive that Daily.
Guilty as charged 😂
Fass is a joke customer service sucks and is a joke
