Fried Prawn:
Jumbo Prawns - 7-10 Large Prawns
Corn Flour/Rice Flour - 3-4 Tbsp
Salt - To Taste
Egg Yolk - 1 Yolk
Lime Juice - 1 Tsp
Oil - As Required To Deep Fry
Egg Floss (Crumble Floss):
Egg Yolks - 9 Yolks
Salt - To Taste
Milk - ½ Cup
Oil - 2-3 Cups
Butter - 100 GM
Butter Prawn Stir Fry:
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Butter - 1 ½ Tbsp
Garlic - 4 Cloves, Finely Chopped
Bird’s Eye Chili (Red Color) - 4-5 Pcs, Finely Chopped
Curry Leaves - 2-3 Stalks
White Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - To Taste
Sugar - 1-2 Tbsp
Chicken Stock - 1 Tsp
Egg Floss - 1-2 Cups
Fried Prawn - 8 Pcs, Fried Large Prawn (Doubled Fried)
