As Former Hurricane Idalia continues to spin, it's forecasted to make a return back to North America. Meanwhile, another tropical wave is coming off the coast of Africa, where conditions will be ripe enough for it to become a hurricane. When will this be, and where will it hit? Find out in today's video!

dorian was a monster holding cat 5 strength for quite awhile .

Will we have another Dorian? Yes we will eventually. Will it be this next system who knows at this point it’s so far out to tell and it’s unlikely. A storm like Dorian is very very rare and hard to get.

I think you should avoid using the word 'favorable' when describing conditions that lead to hurricane's intensifying. Many people lose their homes and property when conditions are 'favorable.' Perhaps 'conducive' is better.
