It's why I like working out at home, you can get creative and noone is in your way. I don't have heavy weights but I decided to do 50-60 reps with light weights per set and do all kinds of exercises with free weights given me alot of endurance to workout on the heavy bag throwing alot of punches and it's really helping with my posture and overall joint health

When francis says that you can become strong without weights and just by running, that's the case if you have good genetics, i had to start weighted push ups&pull ups in order to have some strenght.
You can actually get stronger without weights . By using different variation of any movement . If pushups are too easy , do one arm pushups , if thats easy , do waistline pushups , if that is too easy , do tuck planche pushups and it goes on and on and on
