Tip for my fellow Filipinos that are outside the Philippines: I HIGHLY recommend you use Philippine cheddar. I tried substituting using regular cheddar found in the states and it just did not taste right. Did it again using cheddar I got from my local Filipino store and it tasted wayyy better

Hello po! Ask ko lang po if ever na bread flour po yung gamitin ko sa dough. Yung sa water roux po, bread flour din po ba gagamitin ko or need na all purpose flour talaga?

What kind of butter are you using po? Parang ang mura kasi sa 11pesos for 1/4 cup. Ang mahal kasi ng mga totoong butter (not margarine) so I was curious. If margarine can deliver the same result then I would definitely use it because it’s a lot cheaper. Thank you for sharing your recipe! It’s always easy to follow and masarap talaga! More power!
I made this today and my son ate 3 pcs in one sitting ❤ It's good and easy to follow.The only thing I think I should do next time is to gradually add the roux instead of putting it all in one go because it was hard to knead 🤣 but 10/10 when it comes to outcome 🥰Thank you for sharing us your recipe.

Hello! Butter compound lang ang usually gamit kaya medyo cheaper (golden crown), but you can definitely use real butter as preferred :)
