Scotto has multiple running project cars and Vin has a fun car he isn't going to sell (allegedly). Are we in an alternate universe? I'm cool with it if we are, I just hope rail car is the next long-dormant project that Scotto brings to life.
Well, Scotto does buy a running car every once in a while, so...
As for Vin's car roulette, we'll have to wait and see.

This is a great show! People work on scotto’s stuff, he rates food, and you get a fully functioning vehicle in the end! It’s perfect!
I built a 96 E350 panel short back in 2012. Used the front suspension and 4wd from a 94 F350. I had dual alternators and dual batteries on a gas 408W. Used a 5kw inverter, had 1 1.5kw baseboard heater 1 750w baseboard heater, 1 3kw forced air heater and an RV rooftop heater/ac. Spray-in Berliner the bottom, the engine bay and the rear interior. Then I installed my wiring and spray foamed the the walls and ceiling and laid dynamat on the floor. I did glue vinyl Z channel to the shell of the van before all of this and my interior panels screwed to the Z strips. The Z channel was a thermal break. I went camping in Minnesota in January without ever being cold. I wish I had videos of the build. I had a Murphy style fold down bed so I could still use the interior when I wasn’t sleeping.

As a lad who has lived in NC his whole life, seeing Scotto enjoy NC cuisine made me smile. and I grew up in a big family so we had a church van, would love to do this to the family rig lol

Grub n Build would be an amazing series. You could find different shops across the country that specialize in obscure and cool shit, bring them a car and go eat at all the different spots in the surrounding are. I'd watch it

Pelican cases rule! I custom cut all the foam on a rifle case to fit a competition radio and antennas so I could easily get them out of the vehicle to prevent theft. Whole setup is somewhere in CA when I sold it down there. Probably still working perfectly too.

Dang man, sweet rig. Nothing like a little southern hospitality for ya. You should definitely hit Uwharrie there in NC for the virgin off road adventure. If at all possible Definitely plan on hitting up moab UT after making your wat through Colorado. There are some sick trails through the rocky mountains. Love this content Scotto! (Also the VR 86) (big VR boi here) keep that shit up man 🤙

Never thought of cutting the door panel to set up for switches!
Here's a tip for cutting and welding older gas tanks. Position the tank to a running cars exhaust. Let it reach operating temperature. Problem solved😁. An older mechanic taught me that and it works.

The Rimrocker trail, it's a 160 mile overland trail between moab, ut and montrose, co. Some of the best overlanding to be had.

Sooooo jealous!!! Ive always wanted a lifted 4x4 van like this! I will never have one due to being a broken vet that dosnt make shi* for money. But Damn it looks sooooo Awesome! And must cost a ton of cash now days. In march i rolled my truck in a snow storm and on june 30th i was hit by a car while i was walking it was a hit and run! Now i have 4 screws a plate and a rod holding my left arm together and a ton of stitches, vehicles lately have not been my friend! No tickets no accidents until this shit year of 23' fu** this year

Hit the San Juan mountains in Colorado. I did part of the Alpine Loop in my UJOR equipped E350 (on 37s) and it was awesome seeing the looks on all the Jeeper’s faces.
They removed their own branding to put in a tribute to Ken instead. Class acts all around.

Gear oil isn’t flammable either but as I found out this morning while welding on my rear end, anything is flammable if it gets hot enough 😂. I had a volcano of burning fluid shooting out of a hole 😂😂

@@ujointoffroad it’s fun but yeah it can get very crowded. I think they shut it down mid-November or whenever it starts to snow, though. Usually to avoid the traffic I try and get out there at sunrise and then I go hit the skyway or other roads nearby for the rest of the day.
