I started doing gymnastics in 1976, and its interesting to see that the exercises I do today are all mentioned in your videos. Strength is the key element. And I would love to see more stuff utilizing endurance. I love this channel

My 3 year old came home from nursery yesterday trying to do a hand stand so thought I would show her one of your videos I've been watching your videos for a few months now and when you was jumping into the hoop she came out with 'wow he's very fit' 😂 I'm thinking about trying her with gymnastics later this year or next year and see if she enjoys it x
