This Podcast is Garbage #3 - Text messaging and reminders for customers

In this podcast, we discussed using text messaging and reminders for trash and recycle customers. This branched out into a larger discussion of the conversion process of using technology in general and making changes and pivots in the operation. By the end, we realized there's a lot to discuss about all the changes we've made.
