Hurts a LOT the first week, but I can tell it works since I used to do this work out on volleyball and was super stretched. I didn't do ballet no, but I was able to do splits still. Now that I'm trying to shape my body once again to be able to be flexible, I just realized how training is so important
it will hurt for about 1 week, after that your body will get used to it, and the next week you’ll be even closer to the splits and most likely there, and week 3 you’ve got it! just remember to keep on stretching and warm up!

So guys here is stuff that u have to do and know to get your split 1-stretch every day from Anna 2-keep stretching for 20 or 30 days 3- u have to k that u won’t get it less than 20 days 4-It will hurt at the beginning but after it will become easy for SOME people 5-NEVER give up 6- When u get it don’t stop stretching, trust me 7- u will feel pain while stretching but that’s a normal thing 8-Don’t push yourself hard when u feel in SO much pain cuz that’s gonna be bad (number 7 and number 8 are different bec number 8 is don’t push yourself like when u feel that your legs are gonna fall apart then stop but next day complete , number 7 mean u will feel some pain in your legs when your stretching NOT doing splits, also when your doing splits don’t push yourself HARD stay where u can be 9- When your done stretching do your splits even if its not PERFECT try, and stay in few seconds then u can get out of it 10- Be careful splits is not an easy thing even when u get it , it doesn’t mean u can stop stretching bec u might lose it anytime 11- GOOD LUCK!

Guys you have to do this in like two or three days to get the spilt and I try 2 different spilt stretches and this gonna be the one,plus I get the really low on my spilt
