    Excellent analysis my friend, down to the head movement off the ball in the backswing to compensate for where the armpits are at address! Nevertheless a most beautiful and efficient swing to say the very least! Liked and subscribed! Thanks for taking the time to post and take care and stay safe in these challenging times!

    Don’t discount what he does right in the follow through. He keeps his right arm straight as his body turns and straightens to his finish. Rory does the same thing. That promotes a consistently wide arc and good release, and it’s how they both generate tons of speed with a very controlled swing.

    Great analysis. One quibble: I don’t think he’s playing a 6-iron that has the same loft as any 8-iron played by pros. High handicappers, sure, but the pros aren’t playing lofts that strong.
