Too low gear.. Doesn't mean too low for landing gear or flaps it means the plane is low but the landing gear are still up.. Or flaps are not extended as required ( too low flaps)..

It is. I'm pretty sure the GPWS callouts are standard among modern aircraft because the actual GPWS system is not built by the manufacturer of the plane. If I'm not mistaken, the only company that builds them is Honeywell, or at least they're the go-to for Boeing and Airbus.
