Visit once your OLA Kota Rajasthan service centre. That place is worse than any local roadside two wheeler service shop. In rainy season this service centre even gets flooded. You just show these nice places in videos only.

If there is one thing you can do to revamp the brand is to take care of post sales customer experience. Damage is already being done, re-building that trust will take a long time. Worst service my ola S1 air is at service center from a month they have thrown it outside and no response from their side and no service centers nearby i have to travel 80km to reach this center and still no use they have not even started service as theyre saying mail not accepted by the company this is not even poor service there is no service at all my emi and petrol bill at 8000 monthly , i very much regrett buying this , plz dont fall into this trap
I feel my shock absorber has been tightened to fullest since I had forced a service through a tweet to Bhavish Agarwal other wise as mentioned earlier all slots are full at Malad in Mumbai. There is a risk of fall as scooter feels unstable while driving. This company must be investigated for all kinds of violations.
Advice for ola team: organiza a free training camp for local mechanics and teach them how thay can repair the ola electric scooter also provide tools for them which is necessary for the repairing work of electrical scooter.once thay attend this free camp give them certificate and also list there stores on your ola app so that people can easily find them. This will we much faster way how u can improve your service.
The service shown in this video is completely opposite in reality. I had small issue in my scooter and its too much crowded in the service centre and no proper response to the customers and last it will take tooo much time to fix. Leave your bike and come after long days / weeks.

My bike broken since last 2 months, raised more than 10 complaints, all gets closed without solving the issue I raised issue to consumer affair, even their the close the case without solving the problem, what a great system we have for end consumers.
Yes the service booking is very simple and efficient but as shown in the video, the Hypercharger doesn't work. 1/10 Hyperchargers are only working. You'll be lucky if you found that one. If you live in Mumbai forget about Hypercharging. So if your scooter charging is low and you need to hypercharge to take this scooter to the service centre this efficient and simple way of booking service has zero credibility.
Its been 3+ years in the market still there are 100s of software issues. When asked for a resolution. They told this is a common issue. No solution available at the moment. 1. Side stand sensor not detecting the vehicle parked after the software update. 2 Login screen frozen. 3. Sometimes shows 0 % battery. 4. Map is not responsive. There are more.
Requested to CEO, please given me an opportunity to join ola as a service technician post. There was a two times job posted on job portal site and their basic requirement is 2 years of experienced, that's why post was not fulfilled by anyone, most important this is new technology in market, so please ola should provide fresher and make us perfect as their requirements by providing training. One more things in Kolkata there are no training centre where we can learn on ev sector work. So please give a chance to join your company and served the world pollution free.

Yes the service booking is very simple and efficient but as shown in the video, the Hypercharger doesn't work. 1/10 Hyperchargers are only working. You'll be lucky if you found that one. If you live in Mumbai forget about Hypercharging. So if your scooter charging is low and you need to hypercharge to take this scooter to the service centre this efficient and simple way of booking service has zero credibility.
