Uncovering Florida's Hidden Gems: A Tour of the Sun Outdoors Resorts in the Keys! Sun And Friends

They begin their Florida trip in Key Largo, a blissful beach town dotted with palm trees. Our resort at Sun Outdoors Key Largo features a boat launch and docks, plus a small, private beach for snorkeling and swimming. Kirsten, Siya, and Kai spend a calm evening kayaking out to watch the sunset on the ocean.
The following morning, the family stops at their favorite breakfast spot, Seaside Eatery, where guests can enjoy vegan sandwiches while sitting at outdoor picnic tables. Then, our hosts make a trip to Coral Reef State Park, wading in the water among mangrove trees to enjoy the diversity of fish and other sea life. They top off the day with a visit to Sal's Ballyhoo's for a decadent slice of key lime pie, which is only one minute away from the RV resort.
After that, it’s on to Sun Outdoors Marathon, an enchanting Florida location with its boho, jungle vibes. Our hosts stop by Irie Island Eats, a food truck whipping up locally sourced meals with tropical flavors, for mango smoothies. The vibrant area of Key West is next, where they plan to wander and explore, enjoying the food and checking out the sights. At the Dolphin Research Center, they observe and interact with dolphins living in their natural environment. And of course, the vacation wouldn’t be complete without one final slice of key lime pie.
