    That what happens when you start believing you don't need boxing fundamentals. Venado had gotten away with his reckless unorthodox style for awhile it was just a matter of time. Angelo just used the old fashioned left hook to knock him out cold.

    • @anagram8
      @anagram8 2 месяца назад

      Every word you stated is true. You sound like you know a few things about boxing. Which is 'The Sweet Science' based exclusively in the art of fundamentals; stamina, footwork and the jab. If you don't have the discipline for stamina you may as well close up shop and pick another trade. That's your base that will allow you move those feet even when you don't want to. If you can move your way around that ring. Which is why before you throw any punches at air, bag or another human. A trainer will teach you how to move laterally around that ring. So if a trainer sees you have the discipline for stamina and you can follow simple instructions on how to move laterally around the ring. He or she will likely want to work with you and find out about the other skillsets you may have. Without disciplining yourself with those two fundamentals right there. I don't know a single master trainer who will even bother. Once you get those first two down the first punch you throw will be that jab. Which is both your offense and defense. I used to personal train people who wanted to box. Guys knew my big brother is a master boxing trainer. They would come to me and ask me to bring them to the gym. Anyone wanting box would have to train with me for at least 7-10 days. Most never made it 2-3 days; lazy being the number one reason for them quitting and I was 20 years old or older than all of them. That's the fundamentals of boxing. More than half had the skillsets you mentioned but only as potential. You master those three first and you can begin to apply the skillsets you are speaking of. @@ptolemny

Stop counting out dudes off one L, maybe boxers will start taking more chances as well. Boxers take 1-2 Ls and their stock with the fans is completely gone

He really lost against a damaged Warrington who had him holding on for dear life and rocking him in the second half. He really drew with a way past his best Joet but got a horribly wide UD. Joet at no point in his prime was he world level. Let alone the pointy he fought him. He beat a damaged Conlan who wasn't the same after the Wood fight. So seriously, who has Lopez beaten?
