You have great self discipline Elena. I had to stop my weight program six months ago after reinjuring my neck. I rarely missed a turn for more than thirty years. It drives me crazy watching this old body lose all the work I put into it but such is life. Don't be so hard on yourself my friend. Sleep is every bit as important as exercise.♥️💪

@@luigi3964 I know Luigi, it's hard to readjust your fitness practice after being good at something especially due to your health and age. This is why I'm not a fan of trendy workouts (kettlebell, HIIT, etc.), because they leave very little room for adjustment. The main benefit of low impact full body workouts is that you can always practice and modify them based on your current needs and physical capabilities. As we age it's important to adjust your fitness practice accordingly. Many people don't do it and then they end up exhausting their body and quitting that fitness activity all together. I try not to miss my own practice, I'd much rather adjust the practice than miss it completely even if I'm tired. 😂😉 I agree with you 100%, sleeping well and recovery is so important. Part of why I feel so bad about missing my own fitness practice is because of recovery practice afterwards. 😂 Have you tried Chair Yoga ? I have a few classes. Chair Yoga can be quite challenging. 🥵😅
