And, please disassembly rotary encoder, and clean contacts, this is common problem for broken gears.

Yes, I understood this when the gears were grinded second time. Thanks.

I do have 2 DTC-500,1 DTC-700 & other one that they need the gears. My Question is: Where do you get them?

Not good aligment for rotary encoder, and big black gears. Big black gears have 2 holes, and must be aligned with hole on chasis of mechanism in rest position. And rotary encoder mark is pause position, technically capstan base looks from top. This part is not problem, it's clearly indicated in service manual, but black gears not.

@@hifirulezzz There are none, they were omitted for some reason. But when you place the two large gears that drive the guides, in the initial position, you will see a hole, approximately where the capstan engine is, it must be removed as in your example. Then you pull a screwdriver of the exact size as that hole, align 3 holes, 2 on the gears, and one on the base of the mechanism. You will see that the starting positions of the guides are not at the very bottom, and they are not even equal. Then you install new gears. And as for the rotary encoder itself, you solved that. On the plate of the DD engine, the brakes fail, you can make new ones from pieces of the belt, the one made of felt just sticks in place. English is not my language, so I hope I helped and you understood me. I also have to say that I am impressed with your skills and knowledge about carpet cassette repair.
