I had this guy in a race with me. He was at back of pack when i noticed he was behind me i was like, na no point defending he gunna smoke me anyway. He is good at motorsport and very respectful
Having stock/street tires are definitely the meta for Multi Class. Still, great tune and driving as always

The F1 GT in Forza Motorsport 2 sounds better than the one on this game.
whereas in grid autosport my gearbox would be damaged if i shifted the same as this within the first 3 laps.
As it should be. Forza Motorsport is so weird, apparently there isn't even a display for lap times (current split, last, best, personal best) and also after the timer runs out, why doesn't the race continue until everyone crosses the finish line?! I think in the previous game it even showed the gaps in distance rather than time...
Genuine question: why would the gearbox specifcally be damaged from shiting like this.

@@allorfh2495 To be fair, race car gearboxes can take a lot of abuse, it's the engine that would likely be damaged first. Over-revving an engine can cause unforseen vibrations/resonances, for example the timing belt/chain might start to flutter, so the tensioner could momentarily be pushed back far enough to allow the belt/chain to sort of jump a tooth. Also the valvetrain running at too high rpm can be too sluggish, so valves aren't shut fast enough by the valve springs, causing valves to collide with each other or with the piston.

Why is it so hard for Forza to make a proper timed race mode? Clock runs out... the leader finishes the lap... and everyone else behind said leader does the same and that is your finishing order. None of this stupid distance thing... like how hard can it be?
