- After bringing his first fingerboard back from the U.S. in the ‘90s, Martin Ehrenberger from Germany realized that nearly every skateboarding trick can be replicated with a fingerboard. He went on to found Blackriver, the first supplier for professional fingerboarders, to provide finger athletes with tools of the trade like boards, parks, and obstacles.

@@adamwatson2914 You could say playing video games is a "useless talent," but many adults enjoy video games as a hobby (maybe it helps them relax and unwind after a days work). And there is a clear market and demand for video game production. This is no different. It's simply a hobby that brings certain people joy and happiness. And he was able to create a international business where enthusiasts view his company as the pioneer and best in the world.
