Ingredients & Process:
1 Cup Flour
Roast In Low Heat
Roast For 2-3 Min.
¼ Cup Ghee
Keep Stirring
Roast For 7-8 Min.
Keep Aside
Cool Down For 6-7 Min.
½ Cup Sugar
2 Cardamom
Blend
Add With Roasted Warm Maida
Mix Well
Grease Oil on 6 Inch Mould
Place A Baking Paper
Spread Well
Dry Fruits
Keep Aside For 1 Hour
