I had P246309 code with soot level 400% on my car so found this video . O Riley's the man .got myself a mityvac and manometer Done the checks you shown in video cleaned dpf done a regen . Cars now running 100% again on 6% soot level . Thanks mate 🙏
FILL LEVEL the fill level of the diesel particulate filter is a calculated value of the rate in percentage at which soot builds up within the filter in between regeneration cycles. This can be affected by air leaks in the charge air system, blocked air filters, badly fitted seals in the charge air pipes, leaks in the inlet manifold broken studs etc.
Suggest you check the pipes and pressure sensor like in the video if no issues there clean the dpf like he done. My car was in limp mode not goin over 3000rpm . Followed checks in video now sorted .
Hi I have a Mercedes c class w205 2015 the fault codes P24609 soot content to high component fault p01pofc maf sensor 1 has malfunction I took it of cleaned it worked perfect for a week now back in limp with same fault changed maf sensor ok for a few hours back in limp with same faults SNAP ON MACHINE dpf fill level is 217% exaust pressure sensor bar 1.148 if this helps just wondering if you have any advise what it could be thanks

Will tag on to this one same issue and 4th injector failure . Gear box revves in to 3 ,000 before gear is shifted won't go in to manual 😭

What does it mean by hot film reset?
Hot film is the sensors like air flow meter, differential pressure sensor, etc
Ha yes I was just focusing on the dpf so not crossed my mind about the mass air flow sensor
