I didn't have a period for most of my young adult years. Which was ok with me because I wasn't trying to get pregnant. A doctor told me my eggs weren't developing but she didn't say I had pcos. I did some research and diagnosed myself because I do have facial hair and my hair is thinning.
So, when I got engaged I started exercising, eating healthier, and praying.
I did get pregnant natural without any medical help. My cervix was weak. I had my son at 26 weeks. He was like one pound. He stayed 3 months in the NICU. He's 3 years old now and we also have a little girl.
If you happen to be an infertile partners, please try the *ThePregnancyFact. Com* The results that western medicine provided me was aggravating However, my pregnancy was a success after getting a nutritious diet and going through scheduled acupuncture therapies for a few months. Viewing my 1 year old girl wandering in front of me makes me ecstatic. have much concerning this excellent formula from Google.?
🙏🏽 I am currently trying to get into a healthy BMI and eating healthy/exercising to be able to conceive naturally. Thank you for sharing!!
God bles you I miss my period for 1 year mmmm
While others cry because of periods every month i cry for not having periods for months 😞💔
I’ve had problems with my period since I first got it at 13 years old over 10 years ago . I’ve gone 2 years with no period . Sometimes I get it for a few months then I don’t get it for another few. It has been very unpredictable . Got diagnosed with Pcos 2 years ago . I started growing hairs on my face and chin . Then my oily skin got oilier which led to more breakouts 😩. Horrible craving and mood swings . My doctor told me to stay always from soy and dairy . Stress is one major factor along with obesity . I’m similar in weight like you are. I’ve tried different birth control over the years and they all make me bleed for weeks at a time. My body hates birth control , it’s not for everyone. I started taking Maca Root capsules 2 months ago and I got my period 2 months in a row and my mood is better . It’s a struggle but eating a balanced healthy diet is also super important.
so sorry you've struggled with it like that. diet definitely makes a difference. I've been using macs powder too! But i didn't know you could get tin capsules. I may try that out thank you x
Which brand capsules you have used??
You have the same problem as me. Is that normal?
I’m sitting here watching this, and I can’t help but feel both so so happy for you as well as jealous. I’ve always been dairy free, pescatarian, always have had a very healthy (on the thin side) weight, and I exercise regularly. After seven years since the doctors were finally able to diagnosis the PCOS, I still only have two periods a year and each time I end up in the hospital due to rupturing cysts. 😭 At 34, I’m pretty much giving up on ever having a child.
What made you go to the hospital before finding out that you had ruptured cysts? Did you feel pain or something?
😥 sorry to hear that
Hi! I wanted to find this video again to update you that after seeing this video 2 months ago, I got my period back 🙌🏽. I hadn’t had one since November 2020 and this has been the case many times for me so thank you for your tips!
congratulations! just wanted to ask since we're almost the same (haven't had period since nov 2020) and having periods almost the same time as you, is your period longer than usual?
@@afiqahsuhaimi9850 nope. It was 7 days. In previous years, I’ve had periods that lasted up to 3 weeks so that’s nice.
@@stephie199210 I see, thank you for the info! kinda made me feel relieved! bless u
Thank you for this. Always nice to know there other women out there that are going to the same thing
❤️
I feel like I could have made this video. Same hair type, same weight, same uterus hahah the pill also did not agree with me. Being able to feel and read your body is so important, I know when there's months I've slacked with diet and exercise, I will pay for it in pain and timeliness. The struggle is reeeal but I feel you x
😅 twinsss. Yep its so clear when i let my routine slip fo a couple of months!
I don't know if you're interesting in doing a vegan or plant based diet, but Mic the Vegan has a video on PCOS which affects 20 percent of women! I didn't know, as I don't have it. But I'm glad more people are talking about it as it affects so many. I'm glad you've gone dairy free. I used to be vegetarian (now vegan), and when I ate dairy, I'd get respiratory infections and a bad cough. When I cut it out completely, it helped so much! Have not had that problem since.
I’m seeing now dairy is the devil!! I’ve tried to cut it out completely the amount of congestion and cough is unreal
I haven't had my period for over a year. I have dealt with ovarian cysts since I was a teen. I am really thinking I have endo or PCOs... thank you! I am trying to conceive time to see my OB!
Girl we’re basically twins lol. I have the same habits of eating, I’m not severely overweight but I am above my usual weight that I was when I used to have regular periods.
I’m gonna implement pretty much all of these things, cause I seriously don’t want to have to be dependent on the pill. Especially since that’s what started this.
Very educational! Thank you for sharing your journey so openly Abbs xx
I appreciate your insights and enjoyed hearing your story. I just want to point out a few things: 1) your weight often fluctuates 2-5lbs throughout the day, so losing 2-3lbs more than likely won't affect your period. 2) it's almost impossible to completely cut out carbs since vegetables are a carbohydrate - carbs are in more than bread and pasta.
I have PCOS and I remember how l felt when the doctor toid me it would be hard for me to conceive I now have 4 children very successful pregnancies God blessed me with use of herbs!
Wow praise God! Pls what herbs did you use?

What a pretty girl I had rarely no periods as I gained weight and started to become a adult by 21 I found out I was low thyroid I went months w no period and when a period or any blood came it would be spots and extreme light for weeks months. Once I start I f taking my thyroid meds I started having normal cycles my eyebrows grew back my skin cleared up very well
Thank you for sharing this, it has been a whole year and couple months since I last had mines, sometimes I freak out about it cause the thought of my body not getting cleaned out monthly like is supposed too just scares me but at the same time I kinda like cause I don’t have to deal with cramps and all😂
You haven't had your period for more than a year? Didn't you get yourself checked? I haven't had mine in 9 months and I am freaking out cuz doctors say that it's not good for the uterine wall to build up. That's why we need period so the uterine wall sheds off every month which is our period. I really hope for my period to come back
Does your periods come??
I think my period became irregular since I gained weight about 5lb - 9Lb. My irregular period came once in 3 months, 6 months and now stopped for about 1 year. I will try to lose my weight, reduce carbonhydrate and exercise. Hope it will cure my PCOS!
I need to do the same thing, I never had problems with getting my period now it’s irregular.
Any update?
I have PCOS but for me my periods last 2-3 months straight no stopping just heavy bleeding the whole time and sometimes it lasts longer then that. And ill be off it for 1-2 months. I've been dealing with pcos since I was 9 when I first started my periods. This hormonal disease terrifies me Bec of all the things that can go wrong and what pcos causes like cancer/ diabetes/ patterned baldness etc. And since I have PCOS the extra testosterone in me causes extra hair on my body like belly/ lip/ chin/back etc which has caused me to have body dysphoria. Its a real struggle and I've had to be hospitalized several times for the excess amount of blood my body is shedding. Its extremely scary and I just found out it's a high chance I won't be able to have children now I'm 18 and my life is just beginning yet I feel like everything I was hoping for in the future is already being taken away from me.
Hi I relate to you so much and you have linked everything that I suffer from. Hopefully your doing well now. Is your period regular now?
@@sadiabintahaie6104 I'm doing ok but the periods haven't regulated yet. I'm trying different things with my doctor hopefully it'll regulate eventually
@@kcsama9949 glad to hear you’re doing well hope your periods regulate. I’m 18 as well and am experiencing the same thing as you and was diagnosed 1 month ago.
Me too lasted for.months
Make sure you ladies take iron pills because of blood lost
Diagnosis by elimination I think. By the way I know someone who healed and even got pregnant late in life by going on a long term keto diet, working out and losing weight. She is 42 and they are trying to have another baby and her baby girl is perfectly fine. ❤
We living the same life girl…word for word..detail for details please…same pills..then thyroid tests..then scans….just me watching you narrate my life😂😂❤️❤️
Wow! I feel so seen. Everything to the exact weight fluctuation that affects my period.
Am so grateful to you DR RORPOPOR HERBAL on RUclips, for curing my PCOS sickness within 14days, with your natural supplement, my first baby is coming..🌿🌿
I'm so confused, unfortunately I am underweight and now I've completely lost my period, I've tried picking up because I thought maybe that was the issue, on top of that I can't eat so many types of foods so it's really hard.
I'm so glad you are having them tho, too hear someone is doing well and just getting to a better situation gives me hope
I didn’t get a diagnosis until recently when I began prepping to conceive... very disheartening to know the struggle of my infertility. No periods = No Ovulation = No available egg for the sperm to fertilize 😭 On top of PCOS I also have Hypothyroidism that was diagnosed all at once.... wish ALL my doctors would have studied the ROOT of my issue during alllllll the years prior. Instead they’d always put me in the pill.... 😞 Anyway, thank you for this video.
Oh almost forgot... I went on the pill and I STILL DID NOT HAVE A PERIOD........... 🤦🏽♀️
It is so annoying trust me. I’m a one period two if I’m lucky type chick. Waiting to get my HSG test done soon.
I have pcos and hypotbyroidsm to no periods
I'm pretty sure they can see it on a ultrasound first time around, accompanied with a full hormone panel
This is the first video I found I completely understand. And straight forward .that so much .yes I have pcos n just started my diet ..n with your video will now motivate me
.
I only have my period two times a year
God you're so lucky!😊
I will only have a menstruation if i take pills.
Same
@@itchyfit4820 which pills

I suffer from PCOS and your PCOS story is very similar to mine. I was just wondering how long did your period regulate after you made changes overall?
Hey...how are you now?
My situation is kinda same but my LH and AMH level is also high ....
And am taking pills and Chrominac A tablets for PCOS management...
Am confused about what to do
I have also wanted to do a video sharing my story. I wish we would all speak out because I didn't know about all this stuff I am feeling and going through. I ended up with a cyst rupture worst pain in my life I had no idea what was happening being told its just an infection. Wish I knew about ruptures would have mentally prepared me and also save money on the correct treatment
Well I’m going to try what you did and see if my period will come back
Over 9 months not having a period
My periods are sometimes every 30-28-29 days but sometime they exceed 35 days but then they comeback but the recent one has exceeded 40 day. No other symptoms. Do you think I have PCOs?
that's something you need to ask your doctor about. I had to get a ultrasound to look at my ovaries to 100% confirm this. but I wouldn't get my periods for like over 6 months at a time. what you have could be a symptom for PCOS or something else. go to a professional that will listen to you and get a proper examination..
@@ggundercover3681 my period alsted for months..now im birth cotnrol
Very educational! A diet video would be great xx
How long did it take after all the diet changes you did,did it take to take your 1st regular period?was it months?years?
@Gen I’ve searched the book and it’s listing every book but that one lol
Hi AbbieCurls. My wife has PCOS and we were wondering, do you eat 3 meals a day or 6 small meals a day? Also, does going to bed and waking up at certain times have an effect? Lastly, are there any exercises that you can recommend? Thanks!
in my experience frequent smaller meals are better and gentle exercise ! not hiit or hard cardio
Ok many people will that this is luckt and all but the main problem in not vergin gent period or wanting periods when you don't get it is because not to go through all the period pain but to get prevent everyone wants their own child a woman goes through all this period pain just waiting for one day when she will have a child of her own only people who have pcos will understand this (I don't have pcos or pcod) but my friend has and she has got her period she us regular now (thanks to god) back i I saw how depteased she was.
I had my first period at 15 then my next was 4 months ago, I have chin hair, dark discoloration on inner thighs, I’ve lost almost 67 pounds and changed my diet but the cravings I get for sugar is crazy
I might be the weird one but I was so happy when my period didn't come. Instead I get extremely painful ones with excessive bleeding so I'd love if it was just absent. Can't even sell my eggs smh
Let’s trade you have no periods and I take your periods because I actually want to be pregnant
Thank you so much

Did you have cramping every months
How long did it take for you to regulate your period
hello how do you know from which ovary you are ovulating?
How long did it take to see results? I've only had one normal period in about 4 years.
How are your periods now?
I guess mine is worst.. I don't have a normal period at all for how many years. I'm afraid to know what's wrong with me.
Same struggles 😔
What should I do to get period
Did irregular periods cause hair fall or stunt your hair growth?
I've not had any problems with hair growth no x
Thanks for responding and I'd like a follow up video, yes. I'm not sure what I have but sometimes my periods are irregular but maybe like 6-7 wks. I did have one strand of hair pop up on my chin sometime back but nothing more(thank God). Can can you have all those tests with the uterus if you are a virgin?
Yes hair fall and hair growth is some symptoms of a PCOS!
"Process of elimination"
Werr you also diagnosed with fibroids? *If I may ask*
No I don't have fibroids x
13:50 .. you're welcome
You’re beautiful
When you did have your periods where they light? I have very irregular periods and when they do come they’re very light
I think my periods have always been pretty normal in terms of lightness/heaviness. Its always more than spotting but never super heavy
Checking google will help you uncover more about pregnant program *ThePregnancyFact. Com* . I was able to fix my infertility problem at Forty-four years of age. I had been really excited during my menstrual cycle had been delayed. I`m now going to go through pregnancy and also being a parent..
Yeah same I thought it would be heavier as the lining is building up but mine is light to and very irregular x
